Zentro is upgrading internet and TV services at Ocala Palms. Residents will soon have access to faster internet speeds, improved TV options, and a modern connected experience.
When will service be available?

What internet speeds will be available?
Residents will have access to a 1 Gig internet plan, with the option to upgrade to 2 Gig service. More information about plans, pricing, and upgrade options will be shared closer to launch.
Will I need new equipment?
Yes. You will need new equipment to ensure the best possible internet experience and to take advantage of ZentroIQ, our app that gives you greater control over your home network, connected devices, and Wi-Fi settings. Zentro technicians will install the equipment for you during your installation appointment.
Will TV service be changing?
Yes. Zentro will be providing internet customers with DIRECTV Stream Entertainment programming to replace the current programming package offered through the homeowner assessments. A Zentro internet subscription is required to access the DIRECTV Stream TV service and ensure the best viewing experience. Additional details about DIRECTV Stream and available upgrade options will be provided closer to launch.
